fees & guidelines

  • Shipping handling fees are based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
  • Standard ground delivery to the continental 48 states will be within one to six business days once the package has shipped.
  • Estimated delivery windows to your shipping address will be based upon UPS ground service schedule leaving our warehouse in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
  • Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
  • Shipping handling fees will be charged at the time of shipment. In the event your purchase contained a back order item, shipping handling fees will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States of America.
  • In some cases, you may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery.
  • If you choose to upgrade the shipping method, Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
  • We are working out a method to deliver your green products on Saturdays, though, for now, we cannot commit to Saturday deliveries.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO Addresses

Regrettably, as of May 15, 2012, we have had to discontinue all shipping to Hawaii and Alaska until we can locate a new fulfillment partner.

  • We are working to enlarge our delivery coverage areas. Continue to be patient and look here for updates when we can begin serving you.
  • All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas.
  • Ships via US postal service for FPO addresses. In most cases, deliveries will be made in 10 business days but actual delivery time to the recipient’s location may take up to 30 business days.

  • We guarantee all of our products to meet your high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Some return may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All refunds go to the original credit card. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us.
  • Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
  • Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

Instructions on how to return items:

  1. Please contact us directly to receive return instructions
  2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
  3. Include the return slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
  4. Ship package to us using the designated shipping method

Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. If you are not satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of our products, you may return them for full merchandise credit. For any products that were accidentally damaged or defective products during shipping, contact us right away toll-free at 610-239-9677 to order a replacement.

tax exempt status information

What should I do if I have tax-exempt status in Pennsylvania?

Send us by mail or fax a completed PA Form REV-1220. The amount of Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be credited back on your order when your tax-exempt status is verified. Our fax number is 610-239-9688.
