Shipping
- Shipping handling fees are based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
- Standard ground delivery to the continental 48 states will be within one to six business days once the package has shipped.
- Estimated delivery windows to your shipping address will be based upon Fedex ground service schedule leaving our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States of America.
Returns
We guarantee all of our products to meet your high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- All refunds go to the original credit card. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us.
- Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
- Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

- Print the provided return slip and the shipping label
- Include the return slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- Ship package to us using the designated shipping method
Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. If you are not satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of our products, you may return them for full merchandise credit. For any products that were accidentally damaged or defective products during shipping, contact us right away toll-free at (866) 389-7967 to order a replacement.
